360° Startup

Every new hybrid training client begins with a 75 minute initial session and consultation. This allows us to get to know each other, and gives me the opportunity to create a health and fitness plan that’s right for you.

  • One in-person 75 minute fitness + health assessment

  • Plan development for your ongoing coaching

Initial assessment only $120


360° Hybrid program A

TRAINING
Customized to home or gym. May include weight training, cardio plan, pilates mat and more.

  • 3 monthly in-person or Skype personal training sessions

  • Written resistance training programs + cardio plan to practice weekly between sessions

  • Access programs through state of the art remote coaching software

SUPPORT
Virtual sessions and check-ins by phone, video chat, email and my app (trainerize). My goal is your success, so we’ll develop a support plan that’s right for you. Each month includes:

  • Weight / measurements / progress photo check-ins

  • Mindful nutritional balance and habit coaching session

  • Food, calorie and macro nutrient tracking

  • Weekly email check in for accountability / support

  • Video form check and guidance during weekly email check in

  • Bi weekly video or phone check in

  • Regular emails with relevant info and articles

$600 monthly or $1650 for 3 months paid upfront


360° Hybrid Program B

TRAINING

  • 2 monthly in-person or Skype personal training sessions

Remote Coaching Only

  • Access programs through state of the art remote coaching software

SUPPORT
