I’m Carmen! I help women release weight, build strength, and improve their overall health in a way that is realistic, sustainable and enjoyable.
My approach is based in the belief that in order to achieve and actually sustain your fitness and wellness results, you actually have to KNOW yourself. You have to know what foods and exercises work for you and how your body prefers to rest and relax for you! It’s about deep self-awareness!
Using my 16 years of experience in the fitness industry and my personal training, pilates, and holistic health coaching education along with my own personal life experiences- My programs help my clients finally release stubborn pounds and enhance their overall wellness by tuning in to their body's cues and strengthening their intuition on what works specifically and enjoyably for them!
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Intuitively Fit 360 Coaching program is for women who are really ready to transform the habits that have been keeping them from making lasting changes to their health and wellness.
That can include weight loss, strength building, stress reduction, increase in energy, habit change, mindset transformation, improving overall health which can include diet change or an increase in daily movement to prevent/reduce risk factors for potential disease, etc.
Making any lasting transformation in your life will require patience, self-compassion, commitment, strengthening self-awareness, and the willingness to look at uncomfortable patterns and habits!
My goal is to partner with you to help you make your journey as enjoyable, realistic and sustainable as possible.

The Intuitively Fit 360 method is a 6 month journey based on 4 core pillars:

We focus on the entirety of your life.
My goal is your success, so we’ll develop a support plan that’s perfectly in alignment with what you want. When your plan is in alignment with who you are and what feels good and enjoyable to you, you’re much more likely to stick it out for the long term!
Provide accountability, support, motivation and partnership
Offer tools to develop healthy, sustainable lifestyle habits
Help you gain awareness and mindfulness around your day to day nutritional habits to support you in making the right changes for your individual needs.
Open up a deeper understanding of how your body responds to certain exercises and movements to create an exercise plan that you’ll actually be more likely to enjoy and stick to.
Gently nudge you into being more self sufficient
Encourage you to deepen your self-awareness, understand your patterns and work through mental blocks and habits that have been keeping you from living the healthy life that you desire.
Prepare you with tools and support to help you navigate and stay the course when life gets in the way and motivation dips.
Offer mindfulness exercises to lower stress, improve sleep and overall quality of life.
Planning Day Call - during this call, you and I will partner together to get clear on your goals, and build the wellness and fitness plan that is perfect for your day to day life.
Monthly Virtual Calls with me: Work through your unsupportive patterns, habits and stuck areas - During these calls, we’ll check back in with your plan to make sure you’re still on track, dive into any questions you have, celebrate your wins, and work through areas where you’re feeling stuck.
Weekly Email Check-ins - For accountability, support, Q&A opportunities, and journal exercises to deepen your self-awareness around the changes you're making over the course of the program.
Mindful Nutrition Education - Use occasional food and emotion journaling to understand and move through your day to day habits and relationships to food. Learn what it means to move away from dieting and focus on more sustainable ways to eat for ultimate energy and heath.
Monthly Exercise and Movement Plan - Access your exercise program through the state of the art Intuitively Fit 360 app. Movement plans are catered to your individual lifestyle, availability and enjoyment level. Exercises can be completed at your own convenience through in-home, outdoor, or gym setting. Workouts can include cardio, strength training, flexibility training, core strengthening, yoga, and more.
Personal Training- Receive instruction, feedback, and education on how to safely and efficiently perform the exercises in your scheduled workout plan.
Progress Tracking (if desired) - On my fitness app, you’ll be able to track your progress on all of your desired goals in one place: weight, measurements, even photos. Then, during our private calls, I’m able to check in and see how things are going. (This is 100% optional, but can be a great way for both of us to see where you’re at and if your plan needs to shift to keep you on track with your goals.).
Healthy Lifestyle Habit Tracking - On my fitness app, you’ll also have the ability to set goals, create reminders and keep track of any day to day habits that you feel could be beneficial to your overall life and happiness. Some examples include daily water intake, journaling for mindfulness, daily walks, and meditation breaks.
THE APPLICATION PROCESS
💕Applications will be open from December 1st through December 10th. From these applications I will choose 5 women that are seriously ready to make a change to their health, are willing to commit to themselves and the journey ahead, and are most aligned with the approach that I use in my work!
💕Once these 5 applicants are chosen, we will set up a 30 min Intuitive Strategy Call. This is a virtual call to allow us to genuinely get to know each other, explore your fitness and wellness goals, and discover if we may be a good fit to partner with each other at this time.
💕I will then choose the 2 winners of the partial scholarship from here. Once chosen, the winners’ enrollment process must be completed by December 23rd or the partial scholarship will be forfeited and passed on to next in line of the final 5 applicants.
This 6 month journey will officially begin first week of January
