Every new client begins with a 90 minute assessment + 3 in-person sessions so we can start you off strong and get to know each other.

Weekly 1 on 1 personal training session

  • 3 times a week written program plus cardio plan (in-home or gym)

  • Mindful nutritional balance and habit  coaching with beginning of the month food tracking

  • Monthly 30 min phone/virtual accountability and support call

  • Regular Check-In texts

  • Weekly email with relevant articles and educational links

  • Monthly weight/measurements/progress photo check-in’s (if interested)
