Others already know how to move and need structure, accountability, and support to stay consistent.

At Intuitively Fit 360 Coaching, my programs are phase-based, not one-size-fits-all.
We choose the level of support that actually matches where you are right now — and adjust as you grow.


What Hybrid Coaching Means Here

Hybrid coaching combines:

  • real-time work with me (in-person personal training and/or Zoom coaching)

  • independent workouts you follow through a coaching app

You get support when it matters — and space to build confidence on your own.

The goal is not dependence on a coach.
The goal is competence, confidence, and autonomy.

The Coaching Pathway

Clients typically move through one of the following phases.
You don’t have to decide on your own — we’ll choose together.


Phase 1: Build the Foundation

Safe Strength & Movement Confidence

8 weeks | $975 total

This phase is designed to help you move safely and confidently before training more independently.

This is a good fit if you:

  • feel unsure or anxious exercising on your own

  • want help with form, technique, or body awareness

  • are returning to exercise after time away, weight changes, pregnancy/postpartum, or injury

  • want to lift heavier but don’t yet feel safe doing so

What’s included:

  • Personalized exercise programming delivered through my coaching app

  • One 45-minute Planning & Foundations Call to review goals, training history, and foundational nutrition principles

  • 5 in-person personal training sessions focused exclusively on movement quality, form, and confidence

  • Accountability to complete workouts and build movement competency

  • A readiness assessment at the end of 8 weeks

Important clarity:

Foundations is movement-first.
It includes nutrition and accountability at a foundational level, but does not include separate coaching calls or ongoing lifestyle coaching.

Most clients complete this phase once. Some benefit from additional personal training sessions to build repetition and confidence — support is competency-based, not rushed.

Outcome:

You finish this phase feeling safer, stronger, and clearer about how to train — and ready to move forward with the right level of support.

Phase 2: Build Consistency

Supported Independence Coaching

4 months | $325 per month

This is my core coaching program.

This phase is a good fit if you:

  • know how to exercise but struggle with consistency

  • want structure without weekly personal training

  • need accountability, habit support, and guidance

  • train at home or in the gym

What’s included:

  • Monthly personalized workout programming (home or gym based) via my fitness app

  • Two 30-minute Zoom coaching calls per month
    (accountability, habits, mindset, lifestyle integration)

  • Ongoing nutrition and habit coaching to support sustainability

  • App-based messaging for questions and updates

Nutrition support focuses on education, awareness, and sustainable habits — not prescriptive meal plans or diets.

Optional support:

  • In-person personal training sessions may be added when hands-on support is helpful (used intentionally, not ongoing by default)

Outcome:

You build routines that last, confidence training independently, and habits that fit real life — without relying on constant supervision.

Phase 3: Maintain the Practice

Long-Term Mentorship & Accountability

3-month minimum | $185 per month

This phase is designed for clients who feel confident training independently and want continued structure and connection without high-touch coaching.

This phase is a good fit if you:

  • are consistent and comfortable exercising on your own

  • want accountability without frequent calls or hands-on training

  • value reflection, perspective, and long-term support

  • have completed Phase 2 or equivalent work

What’s included:

  • Programming updates (monthly or every 6–8 weeks) via my fitness app

  • Monthly written check-in (reflection + coach response)

  • Ongoing nutrition and habit coaching to support sustainability

  • App-based messaging for brief updates, celebrations, and non-urgent questions

  • One complimentary 30-minute coaching call per year
    (used intentionally for recalibration or reflection)

Outcome:

You maintain momentum, confidence, and consistency — with support that feels steady, not overwhelming.

Add-On Support (Available When Appropriate)

I believe in transparency. These options are available when they support your progress — not automatically bundled.

In-Person Personal Training

$125 per 60-minute session

Used for:

  • form refinement

  • core and pelvic floor work

  • confidence under load

  • technique support

Often added during:

  • Phase 1 extensions

  • Phase 2 when hands-on support is helpful


Additional Coaching Calls (Zoom)

$70 per 30-minute session

Used for:

  • mindset or habit recalibration

  • navigating plateaus or life transitions

  • additional support outside regular check-ins

If ongoing support is needed, we’ll talk about whether a higher-touch phase makes more sense.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

After you apply, we’ll schedule a short call to:

  • talk through your goals and experience

  • understand your schedule and support needs

  • decide which phase makes the most sense right now

Some clients start with Foundations.
Others move directly into coaching.
The decision is based on safety, readiness, and fit — not pressure.
